Naughty Dog’s Uncharted series sold millions of copies across multiple installments, but the main franchise has been dormant since 2016’s Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End brought Nathan Drake’s story seemingly to a close. Now, however, fans are theorizing that Naughty Dog might be returning to the franchise, thanks in part to a vague post from Naughty Dog creative director Shaun Escayg.<\/p>\n
A vague Instagram photo from February<\/a> of a cannon in a tropical environment that is captioned “research” is now making the rounds. People are theorizing that Escayg went to Fort George at Trinidad and Tobago<\/a> to help research a new Uncharted game.
