On April 4, the Los Angeles Angels played the Seattle Mariners in an early-season matchup that ended with an underwhelming 1-0 score. If you look at the batting and hitting stats, there wasn’t anything particularly notable about the game, but Angels right fielder Jo Adell managed to do something that had never been done in the more than 150 years of professional baseball: He robbed three home runs in one game.
