It comes both with a reveal trailer for an updated version of the studio&#8217;s popular action sports game as well as a first look at Epic&#8217;s new, purple logo for Unreal Engine 6.<\/p>\n<p>IGN is on the ground covering the event. You can see the Rocket League Unreal Engine 6 reveal trailer below.<\/p>\n<section data-transform=\"ignvideo\" data-slug=\"rocket-league-x-unreal-engine-6-official-reveal-announcement-trailer\" data-loop=\"\">\n<p>Epic and Psyonix have not explained the specific advantages Unreal Engine 6 brings over its predecessor, with the reveal trailer mostly serving to show how the new version of the game will come with shiny new visuals for players to enjoy. It does, however, confirm that everything shown was &#8220;captured real-time in game.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The reveal also marks the first time Epic has shown any footage of any game running in Unreal Engine 6. For comparison, Unreal Engine 5 was announced with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/ps5-unreal-engine-5-demo\">a lengthier tech demo<\/a> created specifically to show off the power of the new technology.
