It followed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bungie.net\/7\/en\/News\/Article\/dev_insights_return_of_the_director\">an additional, well-received Dev Insights article<\/a> published yesterday, which also confirmed a smorgasbord of other changes set to come to the game just as players prepare for the beginning of the end.<\/p>\n<p>Before digging into one of the biggest updates players have received in years, Bungie opened its post with a message to the fans who have shown up for the team since it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/bungie-walks-away-from-destiny-2-final-content-update-coming-in-june\">announced plans to discontinue support for Destiny 2<\/a> last week.
