Older Fable games from Peter Molyneux&#8217;s Lionhead Studios had lofty ambitions, but with Playground at the helm, the new title is taking the series in an unexpected direction: life-sims.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During Summer Game Fest, GameSpot got a closer look at Fable behind closed doors, with the game&#8217;s developers showing off just how deep relationships are in the game. In one example, the player had to become a success story to woo their chosen romantic pursuit. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This involved dressing in fine clothes, starting a business, and ensuring that it was profitable, all to win the hand of a fair maiden.
