Footage shows an area themed around Sonic&#8217;s iconic Green Hill Zone, and Peely the banana dashing through it, Sonic-style. Presumably there will be some new Sonic movement item, granting super speed.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This new \u201cFortnite\u201d Zone feels oddly familiar\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/YbJS7or8rU\">pic.twitter.com\/YbJS7or8rU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Sonic the Hedgehog (@sonic_hedgehog) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/sonic_hedgehog\/status\/2086830570332389386?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 10, 2026<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Eagle-eyed Fortnite fans will spot that the teaser opens with the logo for the Imagined Order (IO) \u2014 the game&#8217;s original bad guys, led by Geno, Fortnite&#8217;s overall Big Bad who&#8217;s now playing a key part in the game&#8217;s storyline (voiced by Clair Obscur: Expedition 33&#8217;s Ben Starr).
