We already know that you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamespot.com\/articles\/gta-6-preloading-start-date-and-what-to-know-about-digital-and-physical-copies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">preload the game a week before launch<\/a>, but is that because you&#8217;ll need multiple days to download all the files?<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GTA 6 fans are currently speculating just how big the install is going to be, with the majority of people taking part in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resetera.com\/threads\/gta-vi-package-install-size-wild-speculation.1619128\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ResetEra poll<\/a> guessing that it&#8217;ll clock in between 100GB to 250GB. That&#8217;s a fairly generous margin&#8211;and highly likely&#8211;given the history of Rockstar&#8217;s previous games and the current state of game-install sizes.
