The report says &#8220;several forms of takeover&#8221; are being considered, but the union&#8217;s plans could include re-employing affected staff at other Xbox studios or\u00a0taking Microsoft to court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/xbox-wants-to-close-arkane-lyon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IGN<\/a>, development on Marvel&#8217;s Blade was still on track for a new reveal in early 2027, followed by a Q4 2027 release. The game was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamespot.com\/articles\/blade-game-announced-by-deathloop-dev-arkane-lyon\/1100-6519805\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">originally revealed in December 2023<\/a>, but aside from a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamespot.com\/articles\/marvel-blade-concept-art-reveals-paris-under-siege-from-vampires\/1100-6519947\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">handful of concept art images<\/a> since then, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamespot.com\/articles\/microsoft-could-cancel-marvels-blade-and-close-its-developer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nothing else <\/a>has been shown.
