IP experts have indicated that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/nintendo-may-only-win-30000-payout-in-pokemon-legal-battle-with-palworld-developer-pocketpair-ip-expert-says\">Nintendo may only receive a $30,000 payout<\/a> if it wins, but it&#8217;s looking increasingly likely that Nintendo will lose.<\/p>\n<p>Skirting around the elephant in the room in an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.videogameschronicle.com\/news\/pocketpair-would-love-to-have-conversations-to-bring-palworld-to-switch-2-ceo-says\/\">VGC<\/a>, Pocketpair CEO Takuru Mizobe said he\u2019d love to get Palworld on Switch 2. \u201cOf course,\u201d Mizobe replied when asked if the studio had Switch 2 ambitions. \u201cFirst of all, I should say that we think the Switch 2 is a really amazing platform, not just for games globally, but especially here in Japan and for the Japanese games industry.<\/p>\n<section data-transform=\"slideshow\" data-slug=\"palworld-palfarm-first-screenshots\" data-value=\"palworld-palfarm-first-screenshots\" data-type=\"slug\" data-caption=\"\">\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been an incredible platform.
