Forsaken is the latest from Hello Games, which redeemed itself for No Man\u2019s Sky\u2019s poor launch years ago but just keeps going with massive free updates anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, the developer released the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/no-mans-sky-10th-anniversary-cosmos-update-actually-updates-space-lets-players-finally-reach-stars\">No Man\u2019s Sky Cosmos update<\/a> in time for the game\u2019s tenth anniversary. Cosmos made space more exciting to explore, letting you get close to stars, build your own space station, and explore the wreckage of huge space hulks.<\/p>\n<p>Forsaken aims to show the \u201cdarker side of the universe,\u201d according to Hello Games. You\u2019ll be able to search the universe for haunted technology and biological horrors to sell to eccentric traders, but to get them you\u2019ll have to brave the most harrowing corners of the cosmos.<\/p>\n<section data-transform=\"slideshow\" data-slug=\"no-mans-sky-forsaken-screenshots\" data-value=\"no-mans-sky-forsaken-screenshots\" data-type=\"slug\" data-caption=\"\">\n<p>Trading the items grants new seasonal items, including \u201ccreepy and organic\u201d shipbuilding options, from alien cockpits to unknowable modules. There are also new cosmetics for your character, from larva tank helmets to writhing, wormy multi-tools.
