Microsoft has announced the Xbox Game Pass September 2027 Wave 2 lineup, and it includes Dune Awakening, plus Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Gears of War: E-Day for Ultimate and PC subscribers.
Sandy survival RPG Dune: Awakening is amongst this month’s biggest additions, and lands for Game Pass Premium, PC and Ultimate subscribers on September 22. PC and Ultimate subscribers will meanwhile get day-one access to Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Gears of War: E-Day on September 29 and October 6, respectively.
Also worth a look this month are comicbook beat ’em up Marvel Cosmic Invasion, sci-fi puzzler Planet of Lana 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Ninja Gaiden 4, all of which join Xbox Game Pass Premium. If you’ve yet to try it already, Premium subscribers also get to play Keeper, just as the game also pops up on PlayStation 5.
Other titles on offer include bike-racing party game Ultimate Sheep Raccoon, sci-fi horror Routine, action RPG roguelike Kernel Hearts, dark fairytale Metroidvania Well Dweller and 2.5D roguelite beat ’em up Mad King Redemption. Anything tickle your fancy?
