At long last, Microsoft has shown more of its new Fable game and announced a release date for it. The new Fable, which is developed by Forza Horizon studio Playground, launches on February 23, 2027 for Xbox, PC, and PS5.
The trailer opened with our first look at Isabel, the game’s main antagonist played by Hayley Atwell. She’s leading a stacked cast of actors that fill out Fable’s roster of eclectic heroes and villains, with some returning ones from Lionhead’s original
The game will be available on Xbox Game Pass day one. Eidos Montreal is co-developing the new Fable alongside Playground. This is just the latest co-development project at Xbox, as the new Perfect Dark game is jointly developed by Microsoft and Crystal Dynamics.
